Dr. Max Fink, a world-renowned expert in catatonia and electroconvulsive therapy, is the reason why The Catatonia Foundation exists today.  He authored or co-authored over 800 articles, two books on catatonia, and five books on electroconvulsive therapy. 

When several of TCF’s founders met with Dr. Max Fink, they recognized the importance of capturing his insights on film.
